These terms apply to cleaning services from CB Cleans (CBCleanTeam LLC).
Arrival
- We give you a 30-minute arrival window (for example, 8:00–8:30 AM).
- If your cleaner is running late, we'll call you.
Reschedule
- 24+ hours notice: free.
- Under 24 hours: you get one free reschedule.
- After that, a late reschedule is treated like a late cancel (see below).

- Recurring clients get one free late cancel.
Getting in
- Please make sure we can get in (someone home, a working code, or a key).
- If we can't get in, your cleaner waits 30 minutes while we try to reach you.
- If we can't get in, or the home can't be cleaned as booked, the fee is 50% of the booking.
If the home needs more work
- If the home needs a lot more work than we quoted, your cleaner stops and we call you.
- You pick: a new price, a new day, or we do what we can at the old price.
Supplies
- We bring all supplies and tools.
- Want us to use your products? Just tell us.
Extras
- Small extras are on us.
- Bigger extras (like inside the oven) cost more. We'll ask you first.
Missed a spot
- Your cleaner will fix it on the spot.
- Still not right? Tell us within 24 hours. We come back free of charge to make it right.
If something breaks
- We'll tell you right away and work it out with you.
Text messages (SMS)
- If you check the booking-texts box on our form, CB Cleans (CBCleanTeam LLC) will text you about your quote and bookings, like confirmations, reminders, and arrival updates. If you check the separate promotional-texts box, we may also text you offers and discounts.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
